Engagements typically run 3–6 months depending on the complexity of the transaction. We begin with a strategic assessment, move into buyer/target identification and outreach, then manage the full negotiation and close process. Some deals can close faster when both parties are aligned.

Confidentiality is foundational to our process. We operate under strict NDA frameworks from day one. Information is shared on a need-to-know basis, and we run controlled processes that protect sensitive data while maximizing competitive tension among counterparties.

Our fee structure is primarily success-based, aligning our incentives with yours. We typically charge a modest retainer to cover process costs, plus a success fee at close that scales with deal value. We're happy to discuss specifics during our initial call.

We primarily work with growth-stage and established companies with meaningful revenue, user bases, or protocol TVL. However, we're open to conversations with earlier-stage projects that have unique strategic value or are targets for larger acquirers in our network.
